Data Analyst / BI Analyst – E-Commerce

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000

Job Overview

SB Distribution Ltd is looking for a Data Analyst / BI Analyst with a focus on e-commerce data to turn insights into actions that drive online sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. You will analyze large volumes of online sales, inventory, and customer behavior data to help shape business strategy and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

    • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field

    • Strong SQL skills for querying e-commerce databases

    • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning

    • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify, BigCommerce, Google Analytics, etc.)

    • Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

    • Basic programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation (preferred)

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce analytics is a plus
